Talib Kweli and Quincy Troupe – Thursday, April 19th at 2 pm in Lenfell Hall

WAMFEST’s final event of the year takes place Thursday, April 19th with superstar Talib Kweli, a long-time king of New York’s hip-hop scene, and author/poet Quincy Troupe, an incredibly talented writer with a genuine knack for blending music and words. Both will be performing and participating in a discussion with Artist in Residence/FDU Visiting Professor Wesley Stace and celebrated author/FDU professor Jeffery Renard Allen at 2 pm in Lenfell Hall, located in Hennessy Hall/The Mansion (campus map here).

Doors for this event open at 1:40 pm.  Tickets are free and mandatory for this performance; they can be picked up before the event at the Office of Campus Life or at the door.  FDU ID also required for admission.

WAMFEST would not be possible without the extraordinary generosity of Bob and Patricia Pures.   For more information about our sponsors, please click here.
